Version 1.3.7

April 3, 2026

Meters, Tools, and Spare Parts are going Mobile!

Meters

Web

  • You can now create meters and set thresholds/alerts with grouped measurement units, reading frequency, and reading history. Meters now appear in asset detail views, replacing the former Consumables section.

Mobile

  • You can browse, create, and record meter readings directly from the app. Users are able to view meter status from "asset details" tab.

Tools

Web

  • We have released a new "check-out / check-in" system to track tool usage status, condition, and checkout history. The Tools tab has been added to Work Order details for checking out and returning tools. We also added a currency field and quick check-in directly from the tools list.

Mobile

  • You can browse, create, and edit tools from the app. For daily usage, you can check out and return tools directly from the respective Work Orders.

Spare Parts

Web

  • We revamped the Spare Parts module with "Type" management under Settings > Categories, replacing free-text input. Work Orders allow Parts consumption tracking, with restock and consumption history split into separate views. We added average unit cost, currency support, minimum stock level in list view, activity history, and linked asset views.

Mobile

  • You can now manage spare parts with types, restocking, sorting, and asset linking. The Spare Part usage now records immediately without requiring approval.

Escalation Matrix

Web

  • We released a new Settings module to configure "Escalation Policies" for work orders, service requests, and assets. It Includes a dynamic condition builder, visual escalation timeline, and plain-language policy summaries. We fixed minor bugs such as the form incorrectly rejecting 0 as a valid threshold value for Level 1.

Work Orders

Web

  • The Calendar is now built into the Work Orders page: switch between list and calendar view without leaving the screen.

  • The Reporting list now shows asset, location (clickable), and due date columns. We fixed minor bugs including the Reporting modal showing a simplified view instead of the full ticket detail.

Mobile

  • We simplified tab layout in work order detail view for a smoother experience.

Notifications

Web & Mobile

  • Notifications are now filtered per user and include work order alerts.

Navigation

Mobile

  • The new Inventory Management section groups Assets, Spare Parts, Tools, and Meters under one menu. Likewise, the wew Categories section (under Settings) groups Work Order Categories, Asset Types, and Spare Part Types in one screen. We improved the "More" menu reorganized with grouped sections instead of a flat list.

Translations & Localization

Web & Mobile

  • The Activity logs across all detail views and reporting are now fully translatable.

  • French translation fixes across recurrence frequencies, urgency badges, status labels, column headers, tools, spare parts, meters, and checkout dialogs.

  • Cleaned up outdated labels and terminology across all screens.
